U.S. hotel sales in the third quarter of 2026
By HotelHinge's count of confirmed sales, 39 U.S. hotels changed hands in the third quarter of 2026, up from 32 in the second quarter of 2026. Where a price was disclosed, 18 sales came to $2.17 billion in all. One sale alone accounts for $1.38 billion of the total. NM Hospitality bought EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown by IHG in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, according to Lodging Magazine in September 2026. Hotel News Resource reported in September 2026 that Nataraja LLC sold Best Western Houston Bush IAH Intercontinental Airport Inn in Humble, Texas, to TAK Hospitality. No price is confirmed.
